We have Conditioning & Kickboxing classes for a terrific workout shown to improve aerobic & anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, cholesterol profiles and abdominal fat and body weight while maintaining muscle mass. We have Lion Dance classes and a Lion Dance team available for hire for your special event. We offer Internal Training and Tai Chi. This is terrific for stress relief and channeling your energy.
