We have also instituted Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to detect any movement dysfunction that would indicate a risk for injury, such as ACL tears. FMS is a multi-part evaluation to gauge balance, stability and mobility. Once executed the evaluation allows our certified professionals to administer an individual corrective exercise program. Our Performance team is led by credentialed, educated professionals and former Olympic athletes.
