Try any of their delicious, hearty entrees like the Spicy Grilled Missouri Catfish with roasted fingerling potatoes or the grilled Dakota-farmed Prime Ribeye with herb whipped potatoes. The Baby Eggplant Involtini is made with roasted garlic ricotta, and the House Spaghetti has a special touch of summer squash. Most of their dinner entrees can be made gluten-free upon request. Glen Prairie also prides themselves on their signature cocktails; you can guess how pleasant you'll be with a Drunk Arnie, and the Killer Collins got its name for a reason.
