The company was started by Joe Ballard and originally called Ballard Sheet Metal. Bill Reinhardt, the son-in-law of Joe Ballard, bought the company in 1975 and changed the name to Reinhardt Heating and Air Conditioning. Bill had his Masters Degree in Education, but at heart was a "Hands-On Type of Guy". The company flourished. At that time, everybody wanted to "Be Cool" in the summer. The installation of Central Air and Heat Pumps grew the business. Brian Houser, our current owner, started with Reinhardt in 1983. Brian Was still in high school and looking for a part-time job, not a career. But life has its own direction and in 1993 Brian bought the business. Under Brian's leadership, Reinhardt has developed into a full-service company serving a customer base of over 2500. We specialize in good service and customer satisfaction.
