I had a very pleasant initial interview with James McCormick and felt comfortable with the estimate and the process. He was always available for consultation, questions and assurances. It was evident he wanted to do a good job and have me feel satisfied with the process and end-product. He was easy to communicate with and frequently present to oversee the work. I was pleasantly surprised that his crew was not at all intrusive. They worked diligently and constructively. I was happy with James’ oversight and responsiveness to my requests and needs. His attention to detail and recognition of my color-need quirks were impressive. He often went out of his way to accommodate change of plans or new ideas. He was easy to work with, pleasant and earnest. He made honest and direct attempts to deal with any problem that naturally arose.
