Instrument and Band Tracking, Vocal Recording, Editing, Mixing, Mastering Services, Forensic Audio, Compact Disc and DVD Replication and Mobile Live Recording. We work with a variety of different artist and various styles of music. The Gat3 Recording Program is Charlotte's premier school for all aspects of Professional Audio Engineering. Established 2013. Course length is approx. 3 months and offered throughout the year. Here a just a few of the things you'll learn: Microphones and Placement, Big Fat Drum Sounds, Huge Guitars & Piano, The Science of Sound, MIDI and Programming, Digital Workstations (Pro Tools), Understanding Levels And Metering , Microphones and Placement, Supernatural Lead Vocals, Compression and EQ, The Mixing Mentality, Mastering and more! Our smaller class sizes give students more personalized attention, allowing for more individual learning time with our instructors. Classes are held not only in a classroom but also in our professional studio environments, allowing students to have hands-on experience with some of the best equipment, top-of-the-line microphones in the industry. Our 3-day-per-week schedule gives students the flexibility to work while enrolled in the program, our low cost of tuition and payment plans make this program far more financially accessible than any other professional engineering programs.
