In 2018, Children's Carousel changed its name to Carousel Preschool to represent a modern approach to early childhood education. Based on the 2016-2017 Academic Performance Profiles released by the Louisiana Department of Education in 2017, Carousel Preschool was the only early learning center in Metairie to earn 4 stars, the highest star level rating earned in Metairie. We pride ourselves in our positive atmosphere where we promote emotional and physical well-being, helping to develop a child's self-esteem and cognitive growth. Your child's day will be filled with many positive and enjoyable activities. Located on approximately 1 acre of land, our campus has 3 buildings and several playgrounds. This gives ours students the opportunity to use their muscles- along with their imaginations as they engage in fun, healthy exercises such as running, jumping and climbing.
