Abiding Home Health's History Abiding Home Health, LLC began operations in San Antonio, TX in 2004. At that time, Abiding was a very small agency in a market dominated by a number of established rms. The Abiding Home Health management team with its dedicated medical staff quickly grew "the agency" to become one of the top rms in the San Antonio, TX market. Building upon that success Abiding Home Health began operations in Austin, TX in 2005. The success in San Antonio was duplicated in Austin and Abiding is recognized as an outstanding organization dedicated to patient care. In 2006 Abiding Home Health began operations in Oklahoma City, OK.
