At the same time, I show and explain the perfect alignment of yoga asanas and how the perfect posture positively serves person's body. I provide inspirational images to achieve lightness, enjoyment and endurance during positions; invite students to release any inner judgment and to allow them to be in the moment. During my yoga classes participants have very positive experiences by having fun and enjoying the class, and as a result, achieving the strongest relaxation and release of tension. I created a community of people who become friends and help each other. I teach yoga, meditation, breath work. Lead yoga Nidra workshop, Chakra Balancing workshop, provide detail instructions for 5 Tibetan Rites. Bring my students to Kripalu center for retreats.
