NewTower provides trustee, investment management, and independent fiduciary services to pension plans and their advisors through its oversight and management of commingled funds. NewTower began operations in June 2005 with a management team that successfully administered the Multi-Employer Property Trust ( MEPT - http: //www.mept.com ) for more than 14 years with an ongoing mission to serve this client. Founded in 1982, MEPT is an open-end commingled real estate equity fund with currently over $7.25 billion in assets. NewTower's capability, proven through the MEPT relationship, allows the Company to provide comprehensive trust services to other clients.
