With beautiful custom-built studios in Newton, Brookline, South End and Cambridge, the studios have a class for everyone. Newcomers can enjoy an introductory offer of 4 weeks of unlimited yoga for $49. Recognized as Best of Boston in 2016, we have become a resource for students, teachers, and visiting faculty who help shape our school and what it offers to our students and clientele with a high level of excellence. Pristine yoga studios, a wellness center, free lockers, showers (Brookline only), we strive to create an experience that is highly welcoming, warm, and without distraction to our students. Our 200 and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs have become a resource for students and teachers seeking to learn from our revered faculty. Yoga classes and programs include Flow, Baptiste, Heated Flow, Slow Flow, Foundations/Beginners, Iyengar, Mysore, Ashtanga, Restorative, Relax & Renew, Meditation, Pilates, Pre- & Postnatal, and Babies, Kids & Teens. Wellness offerings include massage, body work, and Ayurveda. Senior faculty includes highly recognized and respected teachers such as: Patricia Walden, Peentz Dubble, Natasha Rizopoulos, Kate O'Donnell, and Barbara Benagh.
