There are over 400 stores in more than 30 states, with more than half of them being individually owned and operated. The chain's founders, Harry Shallop and Jack Berry had a terrific idea. They wanted to bring supermarket-style convenience and value to the pet food and supply industry. By building stores in local neighborhoods with smaller footprints, Jack and Harry made it easier for our neighbors to shop. Over the years, their ideals have served us well.
