We are a family martial arts Center providing a safe and friendly environment for all students from Children thru Adult-hood. We specialize in teaching Authentic Traditional Shaolin Northern & Southern Kung fu such as Wing Chun and Tien Shan Pai. We also teach Tai Chi such as Yang, Sun and Chen Styles and Qigong (Breathing exercises) . Students are led step by step in our beginning classes by our professional teaching staff. The instructors will ease them into the training program(s) and help to develop their skills and teaching them how to set goals and achieve them. We believe in Character building for children's self-esteem and strengthen from the inside first - not tearing them down and so they don't adhere to the peer pressures and Bullying.
